SUAFRI-EPC
SUAFRI-EPC project launched three 'research to Innovation -R2I' pilot projects in 2014. In Belarus the team composed of SPCF and their Danish counterpart Dianova already achieve a lot in their project “Development of consumer preferences for fish and seafood”.

The activities performed during the pilot project and especially the lectures given by Dianova led to already two national projects funded by the State Program of the scientific researches "Quality and efficiency of agro industrial production". SUAFRI-EPC considerably stimulated the development of methodologies for consumer preferences study and sensory analysis of seafood products in Belarus.

Furthermore, the Belarusian team published an impressive number of publications related to the work performed within the pilot project. So far SPCF prepared four (4) publications:

  • Krasouskaya, I. Pochitskaya. Assessment freshness of the fish using the method of quality indexes. – Thesis of the report for the X International scientific conference of students and post-graduates «Technique and technology of food production». – 28-29 April, 2016, Mogilev.

SUAFRI-EPC project is really happy of the outcomes of this pilot project and is expecting more to come in the next months.
